I moved to Venice Beach, Ca. in the ’60s with my family. I started painting when I was a teenager. I had very helpful art teachers in public schools. I took art lessons from Harvey Hetland in Pasadena when I was 15. I participated in a junior artist exhibit at the Pasadena Museum before it became Norton Simon Museum and saw an Andy Warhol and Ellsworth Kelly exhibit and fell in love with art. I’ve been hooked ever since

I just kept creating whenever I could. When I sold my first painting I realized this was it. I have traveled painting murals with Marshall Arts Studio.

I currently continue with my art studio in Cathedral City, Ca. and my wife Celeste and I have an Art gallery in Idyllwild, Ca called Artspresso Gallery which we have run for 11 years. I painted the first public mural for Cathedral City, Ca. for the Paint the Town Project in 1999 and I had touched it up in 2010 and they made a documentary of me restoring the mural. The Documentary (Making Old New Again). Recently I completed 5 paintings for a television show(Mr. Box Office). I heard about Fine Art America and joined since with prints I could spread my images worldwide. I enjoy creating and I look forward to discovering more ways to express myself.I head to my studio every day and enjoy the process of creating. I hope you enjoy what I have made.
